Inside the Hifit Facility

From raw material to finished component, every stage of manufacturing is carried out within a defined system.
Each step builds on the previous one, shaping how the final part performs in use.

A continuous sequence where each stage contributes to the final output.
How the Process Comes Together
01
Compound Preparation
Material is prepared based on how the component is expected to function in use.
- Intermix-based compounding for uniform material distribution
- Formulations aligned to operating conditions

02
Testing & Verification
Each batch is checked before moving forward, using in-house lab equipment aligned to recognized industry test methods.
- Durometer testing for hardness (Shore A)
- Tensile and elongation testing (per ASTM D412)
- Compression set testing (per ASTM D395)
- Rheometer (MDR) cure testing to verify compound behaviour before production release
- Checks aligned to application-specific conditions
03
Tooling & Mould Development
Undertaken by sisterplant (Sakthi tooling)
The part takes shape before production begins.
- In-house tooling capability
- Iteration during development
- Mould design aligned to geometry requirements

04
Moulding & Production
Manufacturing is carried out with defined parameters suited to the component.
- Structured moulding approach
- Process settings aligned to part requirements
- Production suited for both volume and variation in design
05
Traceability Across Batches
Every production run can be tracked back through its stages.
- Batch-level tracking
- Recorded production parameters
- Reference for future runs and evaluation
Every shipment is accompanied by a Certificate of Conformance (CoC) and a Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) report, documenting batch conformance against specification before dispatch.

Scale That Supports Ongoing Production
30+
Molding presses ranging from 80T to 500T capacity
200
TonMonthly compounding capacity
2
millionO-rings produced every month
in-house
Advanced in-house polymer testing laboratory
This setup supports both ongoing production and application-specific development.
From Development to Production, Without Gaps
Components move through trial, refinement, and production within the same system, reducing variation between initial output and full-scale production.
How Does It Benefit Your Application?
- Fewer interruptions during assembly
- Alignment between trial and production output
- Reduced rework and adjustment cycles
- Stable performance in use
