Hifit began in 1993 with a simple belief: elastomer components perform reliably only when materials, tooling, and production are properly understood and controlled. Three decades later, that belief drives everything, from how compounds are prepared to how batches are validated before dispatch.
The Hifit Journey
What started as a molded rubber components manufacturer has grown into a disciplined elastomer company trusted by OEMs and industrial manufacturers across automotive, hydraulics, electric mobility, and industrial systems.
In 2007, Hifit was formally incorporated as Hifit Elastomers Pvt. Ltd., marking the beginning of a more structured, capability-driven phase of growth. Every milestone since has been about deepening internal control over materials, tooling, and production output.
Today, Hifit manufactures 40+ elastomer components including O-rings, profile rings, connector seals, wire seals, silicone seals, and fully custom molded parts, engineered to customer-specific requirements across automotive, electric mobility, hydraulics, and industrial systems. Rather than working within a fixed catalog range, Hifit’s capability is built to adapt to whatever the application demands.

Hifit is ISO 9001 certified. IATF 16949 (the quality management standard specific to automotive component manufacturing) and ISO 14001 (environmental management) certifications are both currently in progress. This reflects a deliberate move toward the documentation, traceability, and environmental discipline that global automotive and EV supply chains increasingly require of their suppliers.
